Role & Responsibilities

Sales Executive

• Lead Generation:

  Identify and prospect new clients through cold calling, networking, and social media outreach (especially on LinkedIn).

• Client Relationship Management:

  Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their branding and marketing needs.

• Sales Pitches & Presentations:

  Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals that showcase Vibrant Printech's services and portfolio.

• Sales Closure:

  Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Market Analysis:

  Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

• Collaboration:

  Work closely with the design and production teams to ensure client requirements are met effectively.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the printing, advertising, or retail branding industry.
• Strong understanding of marketing and branding principles.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
• A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
