Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of proven experience in a sales role

 

Skills / Experience Required:



  • Experience: 2-5 years of core sales in SMB market segment, with a sound understanding of end to end sales process.
  • Good understanding of E-Commerce, D2C Industry
  • Results: Achiever in lead generation & sales closure.
  • Executive Presence: Confident in meetings with C-level or equivalent executives.
  • Leadership: Team management/leadership experience desirable.
  • Strong communication, research, negotiation, analytical thinking and interpersonal skills.
  • Target-oriented mindset with a passion for sales.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Office, other tools as relevant to sales.
  • Proficiency in MS Office

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Lead Generation & Conversion:

  • Identify new sales opportunities and convert leads into successful deals.
  • Follow up on inbound leads and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers.
  • Understand client needs and provide customized solutions.

Team Management:

  • Manage and mentor a team of sales executives
  • Monitor performance and provide coaching and guidance.

Sales Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targets.
  • Work closely with marketing and product teams to align goals.

Reporting & Analysis:

  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and KPIs for senior management.
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activities.

Negotiation & Closure:

  • Handle negotiations and close high-value deals.
  • Ensure timely documentation and onboarding of new clients.
