Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager at SKYLARK FEEDS PRIVATE LIMITED, located in Bihar; Bengal; UP; Rajasthan; Tripura; Manipur; Assam; Punjab. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and developing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities also include supervising and mentoring the sales team, building client relationships, and preparing performance reports to drive revenue growth and market expansion. The role requires a candidate who thrives in a dynamic and results-driven environment while ensuring customer needs are met effectively.

Qualifications

• Sales and business development skills, with a strong understanding of customer relationship management.
• Experience in building and managing sales teams, including leadership and team-building abilities.
• Proficiency in planning and executing sales strategies to meet business goals.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Analytical thinking and decision-making skills to ensure data-driven strategies and solutions.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and other sales-related software is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or related field (preferred).
• Prior experience in the feed or agricultural industry is a plus.
