Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

Achieve assigned
HL & LAP disbursement targets
on a monthly and quarterly basis.
Source business through
DSA, connectors, builders, brokers, and open market
.
Identify and onboard new sourcing channels to expand business reach.
Generate leads through referrals, campaigns, and field activities.

Team Management

Lead, guide, and motivate
Relationship Managers / Sales Officers
.
Monitor daily sales activities, pipeline, and conversions.
Conduct regular reviews, training, and performance coaching.

Customer Acquisition & Relationship Management

Meet customers, understand requirements, and propose suitable HL/LAP solutions.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and turnaround time (TAT).
Maintain long-term relationships with key customers and channel partners.

Credit & Operations Coordination

Coordinate with
credit, legal, and operations teams
for timely processing and disbursements.
Ensure proper documentation and adherence to credit policies.
Follow up on login, sanction, and disbursement stages.

Compliance & Risk

Ensure compliance with
KYC, AML, and internal policies
.
Maintain audit-ready documentation and process adherence.
Minimize cases of rejections, fraud, and delinquency.

Preferred candidate profile

Strong knowledge of
Home Loan & LAP products
Channel management & open market sourcing
Negotiation & relationship-building skills
Result-oriented and target-driven mindset
Good communication and customer handling skills
