Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager, based in Gurugram. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with clients, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing sales operations, identifying new business opportunities, creating sales strategies, and collaborating with the design team to deliver tailored solutions. The Sales Manager will also analyze market trends and competitor activities, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Sales Management, Relationship Building, and Team Leadership
• Strong skills in Negotiation, Business Development, and Client Communication
• Ability to analyze Market Trends and Competitor Strategies effectively
• Knowledge of Interior Design or related industries is an advantage
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Proficiency in CRM Software and other Sales Tools is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic environment and work collaboratively with diverse teams
