About the Role:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts for wooden pallets and packaging solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth through on-field sales activities. Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Generate new business by identifying potential customers in manufacturing, FMCG, logistics, warehousing, retail, and export industries. Conduct field visits, client meetings, and product presentations to decision-makers. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms in line with company policies. Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry demand. Collaborate with operations and production teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. Prepare and maintain regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and revenue forecasts. Represent the company at industry events, trade fairs, and exhibitions.
