Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Manager, based in Surat with some work-from-home flexibility. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, generating and closing sales leads, and meeting sales targets. The role also involves market analysis, identifying growth opportunities, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and optimal service delivery.

Qualifications

Sales and business development skills
Customer relationship management experience
Ability to develop and execute sales strategies
Market analysis and growth identification skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools
Experience in the renewable energy sector is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
