Job Title: Sales Manager / Senior Sales Manager – IT Services

Location: Bangalore, India
Work Mode: Onsite | Working Days: 5 Days/Week
Office: Mezzanine Floor, ROACH ICON, Doddanekundi Main Rd, Mahadevapura, Bengaluru – 560048

About the Role:

We’re seeking a high-performing Sales Manager / Sr. Sales Manager with a strong IT services background, proven ability to close large deals (₹2 Cr+), and solid CXO-level industry connections. The ideal candidate thrives in a target-driven environment and has hands-on experience managing the full sales cycle – from lead generation to deal closure and post-sale mining.

Mandatory Criteria (Non-Negotiable for Screening):

  • Must be from the IT services industry
  • Male candidates only (must be willing to travel for client visits)
  • 10–15 strong CXO-level connects in relevant industries (FinTech, BFSI, IT)
  • Proven history of closing deals > USD 250K (₹2 Cr)
  • End-to-end sales experience including proposal building, pricing, negotiation, and closure
  • Should demonstrate growth mindset, client knowledge, and high stability

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation → proposals → closure → account mining
  • Achieve an annual target of ₹6 Cr order bookings and 12 new logos per year
  • Build and manage strong relationships with key customer stakeholders
  • Identify and qualify prospective clients, especially in FinTech and BFSI sectors
  • Drive CXO-level engagement and client meetings to win high-value accounts
  • Collaborate with inside sales, pre-sales, and delivery teams
  • Handle pricing strategy, contracts, rate negotiations, and margin tracking
  • Represent Qualitrix at key industry events and strategic partnership forums
  • Travel across India (minimum twice a month) to support business growth

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Min. 5–10 years in sales/business development within IT services
  • Proven track record: ₹4 Cr+ annual sales bookings from clients with ₹800 Cr+ revenue
  • Strong knowledge of QA services, IT products, and solution-based selling
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Experience in MS Office, CRM tools, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Ability to operate independently and lead distributed teams
  • Experience handling proposal creation, pricing models, and high-stake client pitches

Preferred Domain Knowledge:

  • FinTech, Digital Payments, Lending, Insurance, Capital Markets
  • Exposure to mid to large-size companies (~USD 100M+ revenue)
