Sales Managers with proven expertise in selling infrastructure formwork and scaffolding staging solutions to drive growth in key regional markets. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, deep industry connections, and the ability to convert opportunities into revenue. Responsibilities Develop and execute the regional sales strategy to achieve revenue and profitability targets • Identify, target, and engage with infrastructure companies, contractors, and EPC f irms for formwork and scaffolding solutions • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers across projects in metro, highway, and infrastructure domains • Lead end-to-end sales cycle: inquiry generation, technical discussions, proposal submissions, negotiations, and closures • Coordinate with technical teams for solution customization, client demos, and site support • Track competitor activity and market trends to refine approach • Manage CRM and ensure timely reporting of leads, pipeline, and forecasts • Collaborate with internal teams for smooth execution and client satisfaction • Represent the company at regional trade shows, exhibitions, and industry forums Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business 5+ years' of sales experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills Show more Show less
