Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Kolkata. The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the sales team, setting sales goals, and developing strategies to meet targets. The role includes managing, recruiting, and training sales representatives, analyzing market trends, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The Sales Manager will also maintain strong relationships with clients, monitor competitor activities, and prepare regular sales reports.
