Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Kunnathunad. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a team of sales agents, and driving sales growth to meet company targets. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing sales operations, training and mentoring team members, conducting market research, and establishing strong relationships with clients and partners. The Sales Manager will also be accountable for monitoring sales performance, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Qualifications

Proven experience in sales management and strategy development
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to conduct market research and analyze sales data
Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Proficiency in using sales software and CRM systems
