Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager, located in Jaipur. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing sales strategies, generating leads, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include managing a sales team, conducting market research, preparing sales reports, and building strong relationships with clients. The Sales Manager will also have to provide training and mentorship to team members and collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of sales strategies, lead generation, and achieving sales targets
• Experience in managing a sales team and conducting market research
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
• Ability to prepare detailed sales reports and provide training and mentorship to team members
• Experience in collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Previous experience in the CPaaS or UCaaS industry is a plus
• Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools
