Sales Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator with experience in the furniture industry to support our sales team and ensure smooth sales operations. The ideal candidate will have a background in furniture or interior solutions, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage customer interactions, quotations, orders, and delivery coordination effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the sales team in handling client inquiries, preparing quotations, and following up on leads.
• Coordinate between the sales team, design team, and production unit to ensure timely delivery of customized furniture solutions.
• Maintain and update client records, sales databases, and order tracking systems.
• Support the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and documentation.
• Communicate with clients regarding order status, delivery schedules, and post-sale services.
• Coordinate showroom visits, sample requests, and product displays with clients and prospects.
• Process sales orders and ensure accurate documentation from order placement to final delivery.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with inventory/warehouse for order fulfillment.
• Assist in preparing weekly/monthly sales reports and performance dashboards.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator or similar role in the furniture/interior industry.
• Familiarity with furniture materials, specifications, and production processes.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
• Customer-focused attitude with a problem-solving mindset.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
