B2C Sales Manager – Broking & Wealth Division Location: Faridabad / Gurgaon / NCR Experience: 3 – 10 Years Industry Preference: Broking | Wealth Management | Financial Services Position Type: Full-Time About the Role: We are looking for an ambitious and performance-driven B2C Sales Manager with strong experience in equity broking, wealth products, and retail financial services. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in client acquisition, revenue generation, advisory selling, and managing a target-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities: Client Acquisition & Revenue Growth: Acquire new clients for Demat, Trading, Mutual Funds, SIPs, and other wealth products. Drive monthly/quarterly sales targets and revenue KPIs. Manage end-to-end onboarding, documentation, and KYC processes. Client Relationship Management Offer investment guidance to B2C clients across equity, derivatives, commodities, and wealth products. Build long-term relationships to increase client wallet share and product penetration. Product Sales & AdvisoryCross-sell and upsell investment products: Equity Delivery & Intraday, MF / SIP, NPS, Bonds, PMS, AIF Provide basic market updates, product awareness, and portfolio nudges. Team & Process Management Maintain disciplined CRM updates, lead follow-ups, and sales funnel hygiene. Coordinate with operations, compliance, and product teams for smooth execution. Qualifications: Graduate / Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce, or related field. NISM Series-VIII (Equity Derivatives) certification is preferred.
