Relationship Manager

Role Overview: Responsible for managing physical share recovery, IEPF claims, and RTA coordination. The role involves client communication, documentation, follow-ups, and clerical work related to share transfer and recovery. Key Responsibilities: 1. Handle IEPF and physical share recovery cases end-to-end. 2. Guide clients on processes, documents, and timelines. 3. Coordinate with Registrars (RTAs) and company departments. 4. Prepare and file IEPF claim forms, affidavits, and supporting papers. 5. Maintain case records, data entry, scanning, and filing work. 6. Track case status and update MIS reports regularly. 7. Ensure documentation accuracy and compliance with SEBI/MCA norms. Requirements: 1. Graduate / Postgraduate in Commerce or Finance. 2. 1–4 years’ experience in IEPF, RTA, or share recovery operations. 3. Good communication and coordination skills.
