Job Title: Senior Operations Executive Company: Sanguine Capital Experience Required: 2–5 Years Location: Faridabad / Gurgaon Budget: Open to Discuss 🔹 Job Overview: Sanguine Capital is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Client Service & CRM Executive to manage client queries, ensure timely case closures, maintain CRM accuracy, and coordinate smoothly with internal teams. 🔹 Key Responsibilities : 1. CRM Management - Maintain 100% accuracy in CRM data entry and updates. Raise timely escalations for cases requiring management attention. Ensure CRM hygiene and error-free records. 2. Case Management & Timely Completion - Achieve 80%+ case closure within defined TAT. Maintain and improve average TAT per case. Track, manage, and reduce overdue cases beyond the timeline. 3. Client Communication & Relationship Management - Respond to 95% client queries within 24 hours. Maintain strong client satisfaction through timely, clear communication. Reduce client escalations/complaints through proactive follow-up. 4. Coordination With Internal Teams - Conduct timely follow-ups with teams for status updates. Coordinate effectively to minimise rework due to communication gaps. Ensure smooth movement of cases across departments. 🔹 Skills & Competencies: Hands-on experience with CRM systems, Strong communication (written & verbal), High accuracy and attention to detail, Excellent follow-up and coordination skills, Ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously.
