Senior Operations Executive

Role Overview: You will be responsible for conducting operational audits, controls testing, and due diligence reviews. Analyzing financial and operational data to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and risk areas will be a key part of your role. Additionally, you will assist in developing and implementing SOPs, internal controls, and compliance frameworks. Coordination with cross-functional teams to ensure process adherence and timely reporting will also be crucial. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct operational audits, controls testing, and due diligence reviews. - Analyze financial and operational data to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and risk areas. - Assist in developing and implementing SOPs, internal controls, and compliance frameworks. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure process adherence and timely reporting. - Track key operational KPIs and prepare monthly dashboards for management. - Support leadership in special projects related to operations improvement and compliance. - Maintain accurate documentation and prepare clear, professional reports. Qualification Required: - Education: Inter CA / CFA, or strong accounting and finance background. - Experience: 03 years preferred (freshers with the right skills may apply). - Strong understanding of accounting concepts, internal controls, and basic compliance. - Excellent command over English (spoken and written). - Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic analytical tools. - Smart, proactive, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. - Strong problem-solving skills with a structured and detail-oriented mindset.
