Key Responsibilities for MICE Ops: · Fair knowledge of Domestic & International products for MICE business. · Required to travel to customer office or on-site locations for the liaison of meetings. · Venue sourcing, proposal creation, and presentation. · Venue liaison with the supplier and negotiation with the venue for the best rates. · Contract and commission negotiation and finalization with the client & counterparts. · Responsible for budget management, project planning, coordination, and execution. · Management of the engagement of third-party suppliers and the DMC along with Ops. · Must to have- Passion to travel. Key Responsibilities for FIT Sales: · Fair knowledge of Domestic & International products of FIT business. · Cost proposal making & costing is a must to possess. · Knowledge of Travel jargons like Hill Stations/ National Parks & Cruises. · Knowledge of DMC/ Domestic. · Required to travel to meet customer if need arises. · Must have knowledge- Word/ Power point & MS Excel and Mail. · Good communication skill is must. ( Travel Hospitality Spoken ) · Analytic & sales driven mind set is required. · Punctual & presentable. · Must to have- Passion to travel.
