Job Description

You are a Boundary Pusher, Organized & Extremely detail-oriented, and Passionate person who is sought after by QualityKiosk to join as an Account Manager in the Capital Market / Securities or broking clients domain. As a Business Development Manager - Capital Markets, you will report to the Head KAM and play a crucial role in managing relationships with the most innovative and valuable banks in the India region. These relationships are substantial, with existing revenues of USD 5 Million, aiming to double them to USD 10 Million within the next 2 years. Your primary goal will be to enhance client experience, increase customer satisfaction, and lead your account personnel to achieve long- and short-term goals. You will focus on encouraging new business, overseeing revenue, GP & OM, and ensuring the organization remains customer-centric and efficient. To excel in this role, you must exhibit exceptional planning and leadership skills to guide your account managers, delivery team, and all account stakeholders effectively. You will act as the primary point of contact for portfolio clients, representing the company and fostering client relationships. Your responsibilities will include setting account objectives, building strong client relationships, executing strategic initiatives, presenting progress reports to senior leadership, estimating costs, and driving the team to exceed goals. Your role will also involve mentoring and coaching account managers, ensuring adherence to best Account Management practices, and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels. As an ideal candidate, you should hold a Master's degree in business or a related field, along with a B.E / B. Tech degree. You should have at least five (5) years of relevant experience as an Account Director/Lead/Head, with a total of 10-14 years in Account Management. Your skill set should include strong customer service abilities, excellent organizational and leadership skills, and a talent for building and maintaining customer relationships. Collaboration, accountability, and a commitment to making sound decisions are also key attributes for success in this role.
