Job Title: Sales Manager Ultrasonic Products

Job Purpose

To plan, lead, and execute sales and marketing strategies to grow the ultrasonic product business across the assigned region, while managing the sales team, strengthening customer relationships, and ensuring achievement of sales targets.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

  • Develop, implement, and monitor strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Lead, guide, and support the sales team to drive performance and productivity.
  • Build, maintain, and expand a strong customer and prospect database.
  • Handle key customer accounts and ensure superior service and relationship management.
  • Respond to and follow up on sales enquiries through visits, emails, calls, and other communication channels.
  • Identify and explore new market segments, industries, and applications for ultrasonic products.
  • Conduct competitor analysis, market studies, and pricing evaluations to support decision-making.
  • Coordinate closely with Head Office for sales support, marketing materials, and product knowledge.
  • Monitor sales activities and prepare regular reports, forecasts, and management updates.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, ethical standards, and operational guidelines.

Requirements

  • Male candidate preferred
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field
  • Minimum 5–12 years of experience in sales of capital equipment, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial role
  • Proven experience in handling a regional market and managing a sales team
  • Ability to work independently and take complete ownership of branch activities
  • Strong communication, initiative, and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English; ability to understand Hindi
