Job Description

As an Equity Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing equity sales strategies to meet and exceed business targets. You will have the opportunity to build your own team and P&L while nurturing relationships with institutional clients, HNIs (High Net-Worth Individuals), and retail investors. Your role will involve promoting and selling equity and related financial products, including stocks, ETFs, and derivatives. It is essential to stay updated on market trends, economic data, and equity research to provide clients with timely insights and recommendations. You will be expected to identify and onboard new clients, while also retaining and expanding the existing client base. Collaboration with research teams to deliver tailored investment solutions is a key aspect of the role. Managing, mentoring, and motivating a team of equity sales professionals to achieve individual and collective goals will be part of your responsibilities. Compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies in all client interactions is crucial. Additionally, monitoring market conditions and competitor activities to adjust strategies as needed, as well as preparing and delivering regular performance reports and forecasts to senior management, are also part of your duties. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 2 years of experience in equity markets, wealth management, or a similar role. - Ability to analyze market trends and provide actionable investment insights. - Proficiency in using trading and CRM tools.,
