As a Sales Manager (Reseller Affiliate) at Prakritik Lifestyles, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the reseller affiliate network in the FMCG Wellness sector. Your role will involve identifying and onboarding new reseller affiliates, nurturing relationships, collaborating with marketing and product teams, and monitoring market trends to capitalize on emerging opportunities. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the reseller affiliate network in the FMCG Wellness sector. - Identify and onboard new reseller affiliates, nurturing relationships for long-term partnerships and sustained business growth. - Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with brand objectives and promotional activities. - Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to capitalize on emerging opportunities and mitigate potential risks. - Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts, reports, and insights to senior management. - Conduct regular performance reviews with reseller affiliates, offering support and guidance to maximize their sales potential and overall productivity. - Represent Prakritik Lifestyles at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility and network with potential partners. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. - Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in sales management within FMCG Wellness Brands, focusing on reseller affiliate channels. - Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and techniques. - Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Self-driven and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Strong analytical skills to interpret sales performance metrics and translate insights into actionable strategies. - Experience in developing and implementing sales plans aligning with business goals and objectives. Preferred Qualifications: - Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field. - Experience in the health and wellness industry, particularly with natural products and supplements. - Familiarity with CRM software and sales management tools. - Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
