Sales Manager (Reseller Affiliate)

As a Sales Manager specializing in reseller affiliate management at Prakritik Lifestyles in Pune, Maharashtra, you will be an integral part of our team, contributing to the expansion of our market presence in the FMCG Wellness segment. Your role will involve developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets, identifying and onboarding new reseller affiliates, collaborating with cross-functional teams, monitoring market trends, and providing valuable insights to senior management. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, a minimum of 5 years of progressive sales management experience in FMCG Wellness Brands, strong negotiation and communication skills, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Preferred qualifications include a Master's degree in Business Administration, experience in the health and wellness industry, familiarity with CRM software, and demonstrated leadership skills.
