Key Responsibilities:

1. Agency Channel Development

Source and onboard POS Agents as per policy
Coordinate for licensing, training, and induction sessions
Execute strategies to reach various market segments

2. Agency Channel Management

Monitor agent performance (renewals, funnel, closures)
Control attrition and ensure productivity of POS
Drive engagement with POS agents

3. Channel Servicing

Partner account reconciliation & coordination

4. Profitability

Analyze market dynamics & provide feedback
Manage loss ratios effectively

5. Compliance & Hygiene

Ensure compliance with internal & external policies
Handle cheque bounce recovery & pending business
