As a Sales Manager at Good Enough Energy Pvt. Ltd., India's leading manufacturer of Battery Energy Storage Systems, your primary focus will be on managing client relationships, driving opportunities to closure, and converting them into successful deals. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and prospect new customers through various channels such as networking, cold calling, and referrals. - Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients. - Present, promote, and sell products/services to meet customer needs. - Negotiate contracts and close deals to exceed sales targets. - Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. - Maintain accurate sales reports and CRM updates. Qualifications Required: - 4 to 6 years of sales or business development experience. - Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. - A self-motivated and results-driven mindset. - Experience in the Electrical field is a plus. - Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - MBA/B.E./B.Tech. in a relevant field is a plus.,
