Must have adequate experience in Solar Power Plant :-On -Grid/ Grid Tei, Off-Grid, Hybrid System Power Control Unit, ACDB/DCDB/Different type of Energy Storage System ,Solar Street Light & Solar Pump & Other Solar based Operating Equipment. 2. Mainly to plan, schedule and ensure execution of daily, weekly and monthly activities to ensure smooth operations of a solar power plant. 3. Must takes the responsibility of monitoring the performance of solar power plant on a day- to-day basis and must be available for immediate field trips in case of any fault recovery. 4. Must adhere the time line of submission of invoice along with supporting documents and uploading the desired files in pre-defined Application portal. 5. Timely Submission of Tax Invoice at client & Payment follow up from client as per milestone basis. 6. Proper Communication with all stockholders/Clients and among Internal Team member based on subject matter. A typical Solar O&M Engineer’s job will predominantly revolve around following three key Responsibilities :  Regular monitoring and inspection.  Preventive and Corrective maintenance.  Co-ordinate with OEM vendors for equipment maintenance. Depending on the specific position and role, following activities are involved :  Identifies problems and develops corrective action plans.  Scheduling and execution of preventive and predictive maintenance Travel to project sites and vendor locations as assigned to perform all aspects of on-site installation, repair, maintenance, oversight, and modifications as required.  Perform electric, hydraulic, mechanical and Data logger-software component inspections, testing, repair, and troubleshooting, in accordance with its specifications.  Provide timely written review reports from field operation, status, and constructive feedback as requested. Responds to emergency call outs.  Ensure that all O&M activities performed at project sites complies with OEM (original equipment manufacturer) requirements and warranties.  Record and report all faults, deficiencies, and other unusual occurrences, as well as the time and materials expended on work orders. Responsible for all required repairs, maintenance, and monitoring of all warranty claims. Skills Expected  Knowledge of National Electrical Code and standard design/construction practices.  Knowledge of Operation & Maintenance of HT Equipment and Transmission line. Responsibilities : We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our Infra division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with clients, and driving sales of our solar and clean energy solutions (including rooftop solar, C&I, community solar programs, and energy-efficiency offerings). This role demands a passion for sustainability, strong business acumen, and a consultative sales approach. Key Responsibilities: Business Development & Lead Generation Identify and develop new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and industrial segments. Generate leads through cold calling, field visits, digital outreach, and channel partners. Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline. Client Engagement & Solution Selling Understand client energy needs, site conditions, and financing capacity. Propose customized renewable energy solutions (solar rooftop, shared solar, energy monitoring, etc.). Prepare techno-commercial proposals and conduct presentations for clients. Sales Closure & Revenue Target Achievement Negotiate terms, close deals, and ensure timely signing of contracts. Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and revenue goals. Coordinate with engineering, project, and finance teams for smooth project handover. Market Research & Strategy Stay updated on MNRE policies, DISCOM regulations, subsidies, and financing schemes. Monitor competitor activities and provide feedback to the strategy team. Recommend improvements in product offerings based on customer feedback and market needs. Customer Relationship Management Maintain long-term relationships with key customers and stakeholders. Ensure high customer satisfaction through post-sale follow-up and service coordination. Key Skills & Competencies: Strong understanding of renewable energy technologies (especially solar PV). Knowledge of MNRE guidelines, net-metering, virtual net-metering, and energy-efficiency programs. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and meet targets in a fast-paced environment. Tech-savvy with basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office Suite. Passion for sustainability and green energy. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Energy / Business / Environmental Sciences (MBA preferred but not mandatory). 2–6 years of sales experience in Renewable energy sector. Experience in dealing with industrial clients, commercial real estate, or multi-tenant housing is a plus. Fluency in English and Odia language.
