Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and motivate the sales team for commercial vehicle loan products.
Assess financial status of loan applicants and process applications accurately.
Drive sales through relationships with DSAs, vehicle dealers, and direct customer engagement.
Manage loan delinquencies, ensuring timely follow-ups and minimizing NPAs.
Coordinate with credit and operations departments for seamless loan processing and customer service.
