Role Overview

As a Sales Manager – Recruitment & Staffing (Indian Market), you will be responsible for acquiring new clients, managing existing accounts, and expanding our footprint in the Indian staffing and recruitment industry. This is a target-driven, client-facing role requiring strong sales skills and hands-on experience in recruitment solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and close new clients in the Indian staffing and recruitment sector
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
• Pitch recruitment solutions, negotiate contracts, and close deals
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of staffing solutions
• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Stay updated on Indian recruitment trends and market dynamics

Requirements

• Proven experience in recruitment or staffing sales in the Indian market
• Strong business development and client acquisition skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
• Target-oriented and self-motivated
• Familiarity with CRMs and sales tools is a plus
