Job Description

About the Role:
We are looking for a Sales Manager (Client Acquisition) with strong experience in the recruitment/staffing industry. You will be responsible for acquiring new clients, building long-term relationships, and driving business growth.Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and acquire new client accounts in the recruitment/staffing space
  • Pitch services and solutions effectively to decision-makers
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closure
  • Conduct onsite client meetings and ensure strong relationship management
  • Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements
Mandatory Requirements:
  • 3–6 years of client acquisition experience in recruitment/staffing
  • Local candidate from Delhi NCR only
  • Strong communication & presentation skills
  • Consulting/agency background preferred
  • Comfortable with onsite client visits
