Sales Manager (Real Estate)

The Sales Manager - Real Estate position based in Surat, Gujarat requires a candidate with at least 5 years of experience in real estate sales or a related field. A Graduate degree is required, with an MBA being preferred. As a Sales Manager, your main responsibilities will include driving sales for both residential and commercial real estate projects, developing and executing sales strategies to meet targets, overseeing a team of sales executives, and establishing and nurturing relationships with clients, brokers, and channel partners. Conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, providing regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management, and ensuring exceptional customer service and post-sale support are also key aspects of the role. To excel in this position, you should possess strong negotiation and closing skills, excellent communication and presentation abilities, experience in team management and motivation, a good understanding of the local real estate market in Surat, and proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
