About the Role:

Sales Manager

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading client interactions, driving revenue through strategic sales initiatives, and guiding prospects through the end-to-end property buying process with confidence and professionalism.



Key Responsibilities:

·        Manage and convert high-quality leads into successful sales through effective property consultations and relationship building.

·        Understand client needs and preferences, and recommend appropriate residential or commercial real estate options.

·        Conduct site visits, presentations, and follow-ups to ensure a smooth and engaging client experience.

·        Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction and trust.

·        Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, CRM, channel partners) to optimize lead conversion and sales effectiveness.

·        Stay updated on real estate market trends, competitive landscape, project knowledge, and regulatory norms.

·        Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and client databases using CRM tools.

·        Represent the company professionally at promotional events, exhibitions, and client meetings.



Requirements:

·        Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus).

·        3–6 years of proven sales experience in real estate, preferably in luxury residential or commercial projects.

·        Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

·        Self-driven, target-oriented, and passionate about delivering value to clients.

·        Familiarity with real estate CRMs and sales reporting tools.

·        Excellent presentation and client-handling skills.

·        Must have own conveyance and be open to frequent travel for site visits.
