Sales Manager

RAJBAGH Wellness & Naturopathy Retreat

What you'll do:

• Focus on

  lead generation

  and build a strong pipeline of high-quality wellness clients.
• Develop and execute outreach strategies to convert leads into bookings.
• Nurture client relationships from inquiry to post-visit follow-up.
• Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging and target audiences.
• Represent RAJBAGH in wellness exhibitions, health events, and direct client interactions.

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience in

  sales within wellness, hospitality, or retreat settings

• A go-getter attitude with the ability to work independently and deliver results.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Passion for wellness, naturopathy, and helping people achieve better health.
• Excellent follow-up discipline and a CRM-friendly mindset.

• Salary up to 60000 monthly
• Accommodation and Meals provided in the Campus itself
