Sales Manager

RAJBAGH Wellness & Naturopathy Retreat

What you'll do:

Focus on
lead generation
and build a strong pipeline of high-quality wellness clients.
Develop and execute outreach strategies to convert leads into bookings.
Nurture client relationships from inquiry to post-visit follow-up.
Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging and target audiences.
Represent RAJBAGH in wellness exhibitions, health events, and direct client interactions.

What we're looking for:

Proven experience in
sales within wellness, hospitality, or retreat settings
.
A go-getter attitude with the ability to work independently and deliver results.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Passion for wellness, naturopathy, and helping people achieve better health.
Excellent follow-up discipline and a CRM-friendly mindset.
