Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Office Manager, located in Udaipur. The Front Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the front desk. Their tasks will include managing reservations, handling guest inquiries and complaints, coordinating with other departments, ensuring the front desk is clean and organized, and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction and service. Qualifications Experience in Office Administration and Front Office management Excellent Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills Strong Communication skills Ability to manage and resolve conflicts effectively Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and manage a team Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field is preferred Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus Show more Show less
