Job Description

We’re looking for a results-driven Sales Manager with strong B2B and B2C experience, including exposure to international markets. You’ll lead sales initiatives, manage a team, and help push the brand forward while leveraging data and CRM tools for performance optimization. 


Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales across B2B & B2C segments, including international territories.

• Use CRM software to manage leads, pipelines, and reporting.

• Analyze sales data and market trends for decision-making.

• Collaborate with marketing to align brand and sales strategies.

• Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team.


Requirements:

• 5–7 years in sales with international market experience.

• Hands-on with CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot).

• Strong in sales data analysis & marketing fundamentals.

• Proven team management and brand-building capabilities.

• Excellent communication & negotiation skills.

• Immediate joiners preferred.
