Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Sales Manager for a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram. The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily sales activities, developing strategic sales plans, and maintaining customer relationships. Duties include meeting sales targets, conducting market research, coordinating with the marketing team, and leading the sales team to achieve business goals. The Sales Manager will also identify new business opportunities and deliver presentations to potential clients.

• Strong experience in Sales Management, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Excellent Leadership and Team Management skills
• Effective Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
• Good understanding of Market Research and Strategic Planning
• Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
