Job Description – Sales Manager Location: Chennai Department: Sales & Business Development Level: Mid-Level (3–6 years) About Pyramidion Solutions Pyramidion Solutions is a leading provider of innovative IT services and digital solutions. We partner with clients to deliver cutting-edge technology that drives business success. Position Overview We are looking for a Sales Manager with 3–6 years of experience to join our team in Chennai. This role is ideal for someone ready to take the next step in their sales career, managing accounts, driving revenue growth, and leading a small sales team while directly contributing to business expansion. Key Responsibilities Drive new business acquisition and manage end-to-end sales cycle. Identify and pursue opportunities in target markets (domestic & international). Build and maintain long-term client relationships. Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets. Collaborate with marketing and delivery teams to align strategies. Prepare and present business proposals, pitches, and RFP responses. Maintain accurate sales reports and pipeline updates in CRM. Guide and support junior sales/business development executives. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred). 3–6 years of proven experience in sales (IT/Software/Services industry preferred). Strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.). Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. Self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable to a fast-paced setting.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹51,833.39 per month
