Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to lead our team in the PV Finance - Motor Finance domain. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 8 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
Lead and manage a team of BDMs, including target setting, dealer allocation, and performance management.
Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.
