Job Overview:

dynamic and result-oriented Area Sales Manager Indirect Sales

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve targets.
Develop and manage distributors/super stockists in assigned territory.
Drive sales through
HORECA, QSR, retail outlets, wholesalers, and local markets
.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Ensure brand visibility, product quality, and market penetration.
Track team performance and optimize resources for maximum results.

Requirements:

Graduate/MBA with
4-8 years
of experience in FMCG or Food Industry (preferably meat/frozen foods).
Strong knowledge of
indirect sales, distributor management, and HORECA channels
.
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
