Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Follow up diligently on leads and ensure timely conversion into sales
  • Negotiate deals, handle objections, and drive closures efficiently
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions, sales activity, and customer data in CRM
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as defined by management
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences
  • Plan and execute sales strategies and promotional campaigns for assigned projects
  • Showcase properties, negotiate deals, and close sales
  • Provide exceptional customer service and market expertise
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals
  • Team handling & Team Management
  • Achieving projected sales figure by converting the leads into business
  • Convincing prospective clients that our organization is the right one to meet up their
  • requirements.
  • Conduct price negotiations, assist in financial discussions, and guide clients through paperwork and booking formalities.
  • Coordinate with internal sales teams and developers to ensure smooth communication and quick resolution of queries.
  • Track and maintain accurate sales records and client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups, document collection, and payment scheduling.
  • Identify and remove bottlenecks in the closing process to improve conversion efficiency.
  • Maintain responsibility for performance of all sales activities.
  • Establish and strategically build a solid customer base.
  • Recruit, train, and motivate a Sales team toward hitting specified sales goals.
  • Set team goals and conduct periodical performance reviews with all team members.
  • Provide strong leadership to achieve maximum profitability and growth in conjunction with
    company goals.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Proven track record in relationship management and Sales in Real Estate.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Team Management skills are a must.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office.
  • Customer oriented mindset.
  • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Good Communication fluency in English, Hindi & Marathi is a must.
  • Owned vehicle is a preference.
  • 46 years of experience in real estate sales or client management (closing experience is a must).
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable with CRM tools and sales tracking.
  • Ability to handle multiple clients and deals simultaneously.
  • Highly organized, deadline-driven, and customer-focused.
