Designation: -

Locations:- In Chennai City

Roles & Responsibilities:-

SM should responsible to do the new KYC business.
Need to source the team, Train the team, motivate the team and achieve the target along with team.
Selection staff as Sales executives for every branch and conducting on field Training and Hand holding them to increase the sales habits, Sales communication and increase productivity.
Allocation, Monitoring & Delivering the desired target on time, which will assigned by Management. (Attractive incentives/Rewards/Awards will be paid on the basis of performance)
Travelling across the cluster to conduct Meetings/Training/Reviews. (Actual TA & DA will be paid on eligibility)
Identify the Key result areas by conducting market analysis and decide the Activity, Location & Date.
Conducting timely staff reviews to increase the Leads quality, quantity and business.

Key Skills:-

Must have sales experience (Preferably direct sales)
Territory familiarity.
Speak local language.
People management Skills.
Communication Skills.
Problem solving & negotiation Skills.
Team handling experience.

Qualification :-

Minimum any Degree (Regular)
Gender:- Male
Minimum team size 3 members
Preferred currently employed candidates can apply
Age limit below 40
Must know local language
preferred experience Banking or Financial sector only
