Job Description

  • Develop and execute PSU-focused sales strategies to achieve business goals.
  • Identify and target new business opportunities within PSUs and government bodies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key PSU stakeholders and influencers.
  • Lead end-to-end response for government tenders, RFPs, EOIs, and bids.
  • Manage and grow existing PSU accounts, ensuring delivery, upsell, and renewals.
  • Stay informed about government initiatives, schemes, and digital transformation efforts.


    Requirements
    • Deep understanding of government procurement lifecycle
    • Tender/Bid Management: Hands-on experience in responding to GeM, CPP, and manual tenders
    • Communication & Negotiation: Excellent stakeholder engagement and deal-closing skills
    • Tech Solution Selling Ability to position IT infrastructure and services to PSUs
    • Strategic Thinking Ability to plan long-term engagement strategies
    • Documentation & Compliance Strong documentation and adherence to govt procurement norms.
