We focus on transparency, efficiency, and results-driven approaches in all transactions. Role Description Generate sales with both existing and new customers. Organize site visits for prospective customers. Present properties appropriately based on client requirements. Assist clients in understanding market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters. Prepare necessary paperwork, including contracts, leases, deeds, and closing statements. Negotiate deals and secure agreements. Qualifications Strong leadership and team management skills Proven track record in sales, negotiation, and closing deals Excellent communication and presentation skills Experience in real estate or property sales Ability to analyze market trends and devise effective sales strategies Customer-focused and results-oriented mindset Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite Show more Show less
