Objectives of this role:


To address complete Sales business in the Govt & PSU distinction of managing Maharana’s & Nartanas like, IOCL, Powergrid, GCI, Erstwhile POSOCO NTPC, AAI, EIL, PFC, REC, Railways, ONGC, BEL, DRDO, HAL, MHA Agencies of AV / Voice/ Video/ Data Collab/ IT Infra/ Networking/ Cyber Security/ Surveillance Products.


Responsibilities:

  • Driving System Integration (

    IT Infrastructure, Networking, Collaboration, Voice, Cybersecurity & Automation

    ) business for

    Govt of India.

  • Responsible for driving Government and PSU relationships across North India
  • Build Strong relationship with existing Customers & New Customers.
  • Preparing & Submitting Online & Offline Normal & Gem Tenders.
  • Led business expansion across Defense and Oil sectors, managed ICT bids nationwide.
  • Strong connects with

    Crestron, Poly, Extron, Logitech, MTR, Zoom, CISCO, Juniper, Aruba

    etc.
  • Ability to manage end-to-end customer transactions (Built to close).
  • Build strong relationships with partners- OEM, local partners, consultants.
  • Participate in Business Plan and execute the strategy to expand customer base in the assigned Geo / Vertical.
  • Ensure face time with customers for selling and conduct sales presentations
  • Coordination with internal practice leads & service team.
  • Work with cross-functional teams for new business opportunities.
  • Coordination with the service department for execution of sales orders.
  • Regularly review and report on business development activities.
  • Knows the territory very well.


Required Skills and Abilities:


  • Candidate should have 7–12-year experience on Sales (For all verticals – Audio/Video/Voice/ Data/ Networking/ Cyber Security/ Surveillance)
  • Ability to identifyand build relationships with senior-level decision-makers.
  • Ability to effectively learn technical products, services, and solutions and readily apply new knowledge required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly motivated and target drivenwith a proven track record in sales.
  • Goal oriented and organized team player.
  • Ability to travelfrequently and effectively to work.


Qualifications:

  • BE – ECE / DECE / BSc / B. Tech inElectronic or EC/MBA/MCA/ Any Graduate
