Job Description

As a Sales Manager at our company, you will play a crucial role in leading and expanding our corporate sales initiatives while fostering strong social engagement with clients and stakeholders. Your strategic sales management skills combined with active relationship building will be essential in driving revenue growth and brand loyalty. Key Responsibilities: - Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive sales plans targeting corporate clients and leveraging social engagement opportunities to boost sales performance. - Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, social events, corporate functions, and other proactive outreach methods. - Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key corporate clients and social influencers to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business. - Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to meet or exceed targets, encouraging a culture of proactive engagement and customer-centric sales approaches. - Monitor industry trends, competitors, and client feedback to adapt sales strategies and identify growth opportunities in both corporate and social contexts. - Collaborate closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to align sales efforts with brand messaging and customer needs. - Prepare and present regular sales performance reports and forecasts to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and plans. Qualifications: - Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in corporate sales. - Strong proactive approach to business development and client engagement. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to build rapport in both corporate and social settings. - Leadership experience and team management skills. - Strategic thinker with strong analytical abilities. - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
