Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Danapur. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, developing and executing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and building relationships with clients. Additional tasks include monitoring sales performance, preparing sales reports, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves coordinating with internal departments to ensure seamless operations and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

Experience in sales strategy development and implementation
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in market analysis and business development
Customer relationship management skills
Ability to work on-site in Danapur and meet sales targets
