Sales Manager Plastic Recycling (Granules Sales)

Role Overview

Sales Manager – Plastic Recycling

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies for recycled plastic granules and related materials
Identify, acquire, and manage relationships with industrial buyers, converters, and recyclers
Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective market research, lead generation, and client management
Coordinate with production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth order execution and delivery
Monitor market trends, pricing, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
Prepare and present regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance updates to management

Skills & Competencies

Strong understanding of plastic recycling materials, granules, and related processes
Proven experience in
B2B industrial sales
(B2C exposure is an added advantage)
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
Target-driven mindset with high initiative and willingness to travel extensively
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment
