Job Description

Job Title: Sales Manager - PL Sales

Location: Pune Branch Office & Thane Head office

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee Personal Loan (PL) sales through Direct Selling Agents (DSAs).
Manage and lead a sales team to meet business targets.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with DSAs to drive business growth.
Ensure the team achieves sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
Drive DSA tie-up processes and build new relationships with external agents.
Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback to ensure productivity.Ensure timely and accurate reporting of sales performance.
Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

In-depth knowledge of DSA working and tie-up processes.
Proven experience in sales team management, preferably in PL (Personal Loan) or related fields.
Strong target orientation and a drive for results.
Excellent communication skills and a professional, presentable demeanor.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Compensation:

CTC: Up to 7 Lacs (Negotiable)

Incentives: Performance-based incentives upon target achievement.
