Job Title: Sales Manager - PL Sales

Location: Pune Branch Office & Thane Head office

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee Personal Loan (PL) sales through Direct Selling Agents (DSAs).
  • Manage and lead a sales team to meet business targets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with DSAs to drive business growth.
  • Ensure the team achieves sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
  • Drive DSA tie-up processes and build new relationships with external agents.
  • Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback to ensure productivity.Ensure timely and accurate reporting of sales performance.
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  1. In-depth knowledge of DSA working and tie-up processes.
  2. Proven experience in sales team management, preferably in PL (Personal Loan) or related fields.
  3. Strong target orientation and a drive for results.
  4. Excellent communication skills and a professional, presentable demeanor.
  5. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Compensation:

CTC: Up to 7 Lacs (Negotiable)

Incentives: Performance-based incentives upon target achievement.
