Job Description

Role Overview: As a Sales Manager at OTO Capital, you will be responsible for managing sales in the assigned territory. You will lead a team of 10 to 15 members, onboard new dealers, and drive sales productivity. Your role will also involve ensuring compliance in sourcing, managing dealer relationships, and coordinating with various departments for seamless process flow. Additionally, you will play a key role in identifying market trends and reporting this information to the management. Overall, your focus will be on achieving sales targets and supporting the sales team under the guidance of the Regional Manager. Key Responsibilities: - Managing Sales for the assigned Territory - Handling a team of 10 to 15 members - Onboarding New Dealers - Driving Sales Productivity - Ensuring OTOPenetration / Market share - Ensuring process compliance in sourcing while building a portfolio - Managing Dealer Relationships - Coordinating with other departments for smooth process flow - Identifying and reporting market information to Management - Achieving Sales Team Targets - Reporting concerns raised by Dealers / Field sales team to the leadership team - Conducting Showroom visits and managing relationships with Showroom sales staff - Monitoring sales executives closely and assisting them in achieving productivity - Clearing PDD and tracking the same - Coordinating with collections at the field-level to ensure early defaulters are addressed - Driving the Sales team as per the direction of the Regional Manager Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Proven experience in sales management - Strong leadership and team management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to analyze market trends and make strategic decisions - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software About the Company: OTO Capital is a dynamic organization that focuses on providing innovative financial solutions in the automotive sector.
