Key Responsibilities:

Focus: Strategic direction, high-level decision-making, and overall revenue generation.

1. Strategic Sales Planning:

• Develop and implement long-term sales strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Set and monitor national sales targets and KPIs for the team.
• Build strategies for Gap Analysis

2. Revenue Growth:

• Achieve and exceed company-wide revenue and profitability targets.
• Identify new market opportunities and drive product penetration in untapped sectors.

3. Team Leadership:

• Lead, mentor, and develop regional sales teams to improve performance and retention.
• Ensure the team adheres to sales processes, compliance, and company values.

4. Stakeholder Management:

• Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients and industry leaders.

5. Profit Margin Optimization:

• Ensure the achievement of national profitability goals by optimizing pricing strategies and cost structures.
• Regularly review and adjust discount policies to maintain margins.
• Revenue vs. Cost Analysis: Monitor and control overall sales-related expenses (travel, training, resources) to maximize profitability.
• Balance high revenue growth with sustainable cost management.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

15-20 years of experience in engineering, with a focus on capital equipment and automation in a manufacturing environment.

Skills:

• Strong technical knowledge in automation systems and manufacturing processes.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
