Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Sales Executives to achieve sales targets.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase EV sales and market share.
• Monitor team performance through regular reviews, reports, and KPIs.
• Train and mentor Sales Executives on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer handling.
• Support executives in closing high-value deals and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
• Coordinate with marketing team for lead generation campaigns and promotional events.
• Ensure compliance with dealership policies, pricing, and documentation process.
• Prepare and present regular sales performance reports to management.
• Build strong relationships with customers, banks/financers, and other stakeholders.

Marketing:

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns tailored to the automotive market
• Analyze competitor pricing, promotions, and market trends
• Manage digital marketing (SEO, social media, email marketing, etc.)
• Organize promotional events, exhibitions, and showroom displays
• Coordinate with dealerships, service centers, and suppliers

Key Skills & Expertise:

• Graduate/MBA in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration.
• 4–7 years of experience in automobile sales (EV industry experience preferred).
• Proven experience in team management and achieving sales targets.
• Strong leadership, motivational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of EV industry, financing, and government schemes is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
